Casa Motta Gastronomy… on tour!
In January we went to Bologna, home of good food and sharing, to participate with a stand at the Marca Fair 2023 by BolognaFiere, bringing taste and lightness.
It is an unmissable appointment for companies dealing with Distributor Brands, i.e. products marketed in large-scale retail outlets.
At Motta Barlassina with our production of high quality cooked hams and cold cuts in trays certainly could not miss this event!
It was an electrifying event, with a huge international partecipation and an increase, both in quantity and quality, compared to previous editions: 6 pavilions, 23,000 square meters of exhibition spaces, over 900 companies and over 2,500 brands.
Among the keywords of this stimulating fair there are innovation and sustainability, in the thematic halls Marca Fresh and Marca Tech.
With our products we are starting to contribute concretely to these trends: we do it thanks to paper trays, an ecological and sustainable packaging by virtue of the biodegradable and compostable material.
It was an opportunity to update us on trends and industry news.
We can’t wait to participate to the next edition, to stimulate our curiosity and to be always up-to-date… for the gastronomy of the future!
