IFS – International Food Standard

The International Food Standard (IFS) is among the most internationally recognized tools for evaluating companies operating in the food sector. Through a verification system, conducted by accredited third-party bodies, the placing on the national and foreign market of own-brand and/or third-party branded products that comply with food safety and quality requirements is guaranteed.

AIC – ITALIAN CELIAC ASSOCIATION

Since 2008 Motta srl has been registered with the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) which publishes every year the handbook with ready-to-eat gluten-free products that celiacs can take. In the handbook there are many of the most representative products of the Motta brand production.
